Returns & Refund:

On our website, www.nutrelanutrition.com, we have defined the process for applicable return for listed Products against the following acceptable conditions:

  1. The customer may make a return request within 48 hours from the receipt of the products, if the product(s) so delivered are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications, or are defective in nature. Further, the return request cannot be made beyond the aforesaid period of 48 hours.
  2. We will not accept a return request from the customer after the expiration of the aforesaid time period. Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. We require the images of the product/images of the box/received invoice along with the query for the product/products under the return request; therefore, you will share the same in original conditions with us on our below-mentioned email within 48 hours of product delivery:

  3. It is noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images, it will be decided whether the return and refund shall be initiated after getting internal approval.
  4. Following are the conditions applicable to the refund process:
    1. If the payment for the order was made from your side, then a refund for such payment will be processed to your original payment method.
    2. In case any consignment is R.T.O., in transit, damaged, lost, misrouted, or confirmed by L.S.P. (after validation by the team), a refund can be initiated within 48–72 business hours.
    3. In case any consignment is wrong, not as per specification, damaged, etc. delivered to the consumers. Consumers may place the refund request within 48 hours from the date of delivery. (After validation by the team, refunds can be initiated within 48–72 business hours.)
    4. After placing the order, no cancellation is allowed; however, you can deny accepting the product, and we will process the refund once the product gets received at the origin.
    5. In the event that a prepaid order is not delivered owing to unforeseen circumstances such as a delay in delivery from the scheduled date, natural disasters, issues with our courier partners (product lost, damaged, or otherwise), or refusal at delivery. Refunds can only be initiated post RTO and reaching our Haridwar warehouse.
      Back to Source: In the above cases, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode or account that was originally used to make the transaction.
